Jackie Hernandez

Welcoming Manager

Jackie moved from Dallas, TX to Fayetteville, AR to attend the University of Arkansas in 2018. In 2022, they graduated with a double Bachelor's in Spanish and International Studies with a concentration in Peace, Security, and Human Rights. While they completed their studies, Jackie worked at the Fayetteville Public Library where they found their passion for community engagement and advocacy work. In 2024, they obtained a TEFL certification to better serve their community in NWA. Speaking English, Spanish, and Arabic, Jackie hopes to become a middle school librarian when they grow up!
