Little Libraries
Since 2020, we have teamed up with Adventure Subaru to distribute donated books throughout little libraries in Northwest Arkansas during the month of August. Our board members, learners, and volunteers as well as Subaru employees hop in their Subaru’s and drive around local neighborhoods to share books in community little libraries - in neighborhoods, schools and community centers. We share gently used books, filling little libraries with books for adults and children, providing free books to lots of people and spreading some joy.
If you have books to donate, consider sharing them with your community through a little library. If you are in the area, you can donate them to Ozark Literacy Council and we will distribute them in one of our neighborhood libraries! Email us at info@ozarkliteracy.org to donate.
